Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the conforai.com website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Intrazero UG, c/o Signature Jungfernstieg, Große Bleichen 1-3, Office No. 203 (ResCo-work06), 20354 Hamburg, Germany (HRB 189387, Amtsgericht Hamburg) ("ConforAI", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes — to learn about our products, request a demo, and use the readiness assessment. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorised access to any system or data;
- scrape, copy, or republish content other than as permitted below;
- use the site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, graphics, and the ConforAI name and logo are owned by Intrazero UG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works — requires our prior written permission.
4. Readiness assessment and informational content
The AI literacy readiness assessment and all explanatory content on this site (including summaries of the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF) are provided for general information only. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. Your assessment score is an indicative self-evaluation, not a determination of regulatory compliance. Always consult qualified counsel for binding guidance. See the disclaimers in Section 7.
5. Demo requests and no automatic contract
Requesting a demo or contacting us does not create a binding contract. Any provision of the ConforAI product is governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and us, together with our Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
6. Third-party links
The site links to third-party resources (for example official EU sources). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrazero UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Hamburg, Germany shall have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
