Generic training fails proportionality.

Every framework — EU AI Act Article 4, the NIST AI RMF, the UK DSIT principles, Canada's Voluntary Code — demands training calibrated to role and to the specific AI systems in use. Off-the-shelf literacy courses can't demonstrate that. Auditors will reject them.

No software guarantees regulatory compliance. ConforAI provides the training, mapping, and documentation framework that auditors expect. Your legal and compliance teams remain accountable for the final compliance decision.
Q.02How is ConforAI different from an LMS?
An LMS hosts and delivers training. ConforAI generates the training, maps it to roles and to your AI inventory, and produces the evidence pack regulators ask for. We integrate with your LMS via SCORM if you prefer to keep delivery in your existing platform.
Q.03Where is our data hosted?
Regional hosting — EU (Frankfurt), US, UK, Canada, Singapore or UAE — chosen at onboarding. No data leaves your selected region without explicit instruction.
Q.04Where is ConforAI based?
ConforAI is operated by Innavera Inc., a Canadian company. We benefit from the EU–Canada GDPR adequacy decision and work with named regional regulatory advisors in the EU and North America. EU entity incorporation is planned.
Q.05How long does implementation take?
Two weeks for AI inventory and role mapping. Training content is generated and live as soon as your policies are uploaded. Most customers are audit-ready within 30 days of contract signature.
Q.06What happens when our AI inventory changes?
You add or remove systems through the platform. Training requirements update automatically against the new inventory, and audit trail records the change.
Q.07Do you provide regulatory advice?
We are not a law firm. We provide structured training, documentation, and an audit-ready evidence framework. Our named regional regulatory advisors review our foundational content but cannot replace your own legal counsel.
Q.08What if the regulations change?
Content is versioned. When any framework evolves, your training updates and the change is logged in your audit trail. You see exactly what changed and when.
